Founded by Elez Bucaj, Elia’s Casa Bianca Ristorante Italiano is the result of a lifelong devotion to Italian hospitality and Tuscan-inspired cooking. Elez first opened the doors to his culinary journey on December 17, 2007, with Caffè e Vino, where elegant Tuscan dishes, fresh ingredients, and heartfelt service quickly became his signature.

That passion continued with Teura Italian Restaurant, a beloved destination in iconic Coney Island, Brooklyn—celebrated for its authentic flavors and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Inspired by family and tradition, Elez went on to open Elia’s Casa Bianca, named after his daughter, Elia—a tribute to the values that guide his restaurants: sincerity, simplicity, and the joy of gathering around a beautiful Italian table.
